Refund and Return Policy
At Let's Roll eBikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Certain items, such as E-Bikes or E-Motos, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for clarification before initiating a return.
2. Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship back the returned item, this may vary based on location and item weight/size. Which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Additionally, shipping costs incurred for the original purchase are non-refundable.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 717-419-7232 to request a return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that the item is returned to us in its original condition.
4. Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original method of payment.
- Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item please contact 717-419-7232 to discuss. In order to process and exchange, the item being exchanged can not have any markings from install or use.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
