In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our system. If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet the following criteria:

• must be valid
• ID of the buyer must match the credit card being used
• ID of the buyer must match the provided billing address
• ID must be recognized as an acceptable form of photo identification by the U.S. government

Any orders confirmed as fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the FBI Cyber Crimes Department, as well as, local authorities for Wire Fraud.

All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
